How an order goes
Seven steps from request to goods at your warehouse. One manager and a clear status at every step.
Request
Describe what you need: product, quantity, requirements. A link to a sample or a photo helps. We reply within an hour during working hours.
Clarifying the specification
We ask about parameters, volume, budget and timing. If needed, we help you write a technical specification.
Factory shortlist and quote
We request prices from several manufacturers and send a comparison: price, lead time, terms, our assessment of each factory. Usually 3–5 working days.
Contract and payment
We sign a contract with you and a contract with the factory. We transfer the deposit; the balance goes only after the goods are checked.
Production and control
We track deadlines and send photos and videos from the factory. Before shipment we run an inspection.
Shipping and customs
We collect from the factory, consolidate, ship by the chosen route, clear customs and obtain certificates.
Delivery
Goods at your warehouse with a full set of documents. For machinery we help with installation, commissioning and spare parts.

Balance paid only after inspection
The factory receives the balance after the goods pass inspection. Your money does not go for defective goods.
One contract, one responsibility
You sign a contract with us in your country. The factory, logistics and customs are our responsibility.
