How an order goes

Request
Describe what you need: product, quantity, requirements. A link to a sample or a photo helps. We reply within an hour during working hours.
Clarifying the specification
We ask about parameters, volume, budget and timing. If needed, we help you write a technical specification.
Factory shortlist and quote
We request prices from several manufacturers and send a comparison: price, lead time, terms, our assessment of each factory. Usually 3–5 working days.
Contract and payment
We sign a contract with you and a contract with the factory. We transfer the deposit; the balance goes only after the goods are checked.
Production and control
We track deadlines and send photos and videos from the factory. Before shipment we run an inspection.
Shipping and customs
We collect from the factory, consolidate, ship by the chosen route, clear customs and obtain certificates.
Delivery
Goods at your warehouse with a full set of documents. For machinery we help with installation, commissioning and spare parts.

How much do your services cost?
It depends on the volume and the steps you need. We calculate for each request and send the breakdown before starting: goods, logistics, customs payments and our fee, separately. No hidden commissions.
What is the minimum order you work with?
We work with test lots and with whole plants. For small orders, buying from 1688 and groupage delivery works well; for large ones, the full cycle with inspection.
How do you verify a factory?
We check registration and licences, request production videos, look at export history and references and send an inspector if needed. Trading companies posing as factories are filtered out.
Who is responsible if the goods arrive defective?
We are. You sign a contract with us. We inspect before shipment and the factory receives the balance only after the check. If a defect is found later, we handle the claim with the factory under the contract.
How does payment work?
Usually a 30 % deposit to the factory at production start and 70 % after the pre-shipment inspection. You pay us in your country; we transfer to the factory in CNY. A letter of credit is possible for large deals.
Can I pay in sum or tenge?
Yes. You pay under a contract with our company in your country. Conversion and the transfer to China are on us.
