Who needs it: If you are looking for a new supplier, want to replace an expensive one or have doubts about the current one.

We look for manufacturers that match your specification: at factory sites, in our partner base and at trade fairs. We check company registration, licences, real production, export experience and references. We filter out trading companies posing as factories.

Quotes and samples

Who needs it: When you need to know the real price of a product and choose a supplier.

We send factories a single technical specification, collect quotes, clarify configuration and terms. We order samples, check them and send them to you.

Negotiation and contract

Who needs it: For any deal, from a first batch to long-term supply.

We negotiate with the factory in Chinese: price, payment terms, lead time, packaging, warranty, late-delivery penalties. We draft a contract with the factory and a contract with you that fixes every obligation.

Quality control and inspection

Who needs it: Essential for machinery, vehicles, branded goods and large batches.

We check goods at three stages: at production start, during production and before shipment. An inspector visits the factory, checks quantity, parameters, packaging and labelling and runs tests to protocol. The balance goes to the factory only after you approve the report.

What is included

Consolidation and warehouse in China

Who needs it: If you order from several factories or in small batches.

We receive goods from different factories at a warehouse in China, check, repack, label and ship them as one consignment. Cheaper and simpler at customs.

Turnkey logistics

Who needs it: For any cargo, from one box to a whole plant in containers.

We choose the route for your deadline and budget: road via Khorgos and Irkeshtam, rail, air, sea with transhipment, groupage. We insure, track and keep you informed.

Customs clearance in the CIS

Who needs it: For importers in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

We determine the HS code and calculate duty, VAT and excise before you buy, so there are no surprises. We prepare the documents, file the declaration through our broker and handle inspection. We can clear in your company’s name or deliver DDP.

Certification and permits

Who needs it: For goods that cannot be imported without a certificate: electrical goods, machinery, toys, building materials, food.

We check in advance which documents your product needs in your country: O‘zstandart certificate of conformity, TR CU/EAEU for Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, phytosanitary, sanitary, medical device registration. We arrange testing and obtain the documents.

Paying factories

Who needs it: If you have no foreign-currency account, no contract with China or no experience with CNY transfers.

We pay the factory under the contract in CNY or USD. You pay us in your country. We control the payment schedule: deposit at production start, balance after inspection.

Production under your brand (OEM/ODM)

Who needs it: For trading companies, distributors and marketplace sellers.

We find a factory that will produce goods under your brand, from home appliances to clothing. We help with packaging design, logo, instructions in your language and trademark registration.

Equipment and production lines

Who needs it: For plants and workshops buying or upgrading production.

Our strongest side. We go through your specification as engineers: we select a line by capacity, power consumption and floor space, check the configuration, request drawings and diagrams. We organise acceptance at the factory, supervised installation and commissioning, staff training and a spare-parts stock.

Spare parts and consumables for Chinese machinery

We find original and compatible parts by part number or VIN, check compatibility, consolidate and deliver. Regular supply for fleets and service centres.

Who needs it: If you want to see production with your own eyes or find suppliers at the Canton Fair.

Who needs it: For small lots and test purchases.
