Which route to choose, how long it takes and which documents are needed. Lead times are indicative; exact ones are calculated per shipment.

Delivery terms in plain words
- EXW
- We collect the goods at the factory gate. All further costs and risks are ours, under our contract with you.
- FOB
- The factory delivers to a port or terminal in China and clears export. From there we ship.
- CIF / CIP
- Price includes delivery and insurance to the border or terminal in your country. Customs and unloading are separate.
- DAP
- We deliver to your warehouse. Duties and VAT are paid by the consignee; we help with clearance.
- DDP
- Fully turnkey: goods at your warehouse, all duties and taxes paid, documents in hand.
Customs by country
Uzbekistan
Cleared through a licensed broker. O‘zstandart certificates are required for most machinery and electrical goods. Exemptions exist for manufacturers under some HS codes; we check in advance.
Kazakhstan
EAEU rules: TR CU declarations and certificates, labelling, 12 % VAT. Entry via Khorgos, Dostyk, Altynkol.
Kyrgyzstan
EAEU, same rates as Kazakhstan. Main crossings are Torugart and Irkeshtam. Convenient for groupage.
Tajikistan
Clearance through a broker in Dushanbe or Khujand. Entry via Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan.
Turkmenistan
We work through partner brokers; requirements are checked for each HS code.

- Transport document: CMR, rail waybill, air waybill or bill of lading

- Certificate or declaration of conformity

- Customs declaration in the destination country
